Terms of Service
In effect from 15 October 2026
Plain terms for a plain service: what you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and how paying and stopping work.
1. Who these terms are between
These terms are between Table Tango (“we”) and you, whether you are reading this website or running a venue on our service. The service is offered to businesses: restaurants, cafes, bars, hotels and other venues.
2. This website
The website describes the service. We keep it accurate, but it is not an offer; what your venue gets is what we agree in your offer. Links to other services, such as messaging apps and social media, lead to sites we do not run. How we treat data is set out in the Privacy Policy.
3. Starting with Table Tango
You ask for access by messaging us. We look at your venue, send you an offer, and set your venue up together with you. The first month is free and commits you to nothing.
4. Plans, invoices and payment
After the free month, you pay for six months or for a year ahead, as set out in your offer. We send an invoice, which you pay by bank transfer by its due date. No card is needed. If an invoice stays unpaid after a reminder, we may pause the service until it is settled.
5. Your menu and your content
Your menus, prices, photos, descriptions, allergen information and logo stay yours. You are responsible for them being accurate and for having the right to use them, which matters most for prices and allergens. You allow us to store and show them for as long as it takes to run the service for you.
6. Fair use
Use the service for your venue and within the law. Do not try to break into it, overload it, copy it, or use it to send content that is unlawful or not yours to share. If that happens, we may suspend the account concerned.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available at all times and fix problems quickly, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance or failures outside our control. We keep improving the service; if a change takes away something your venue relies on, we tell you in advance.
8. Ending the service
You can stop at any time by messaging us; the service then runs until the end of the period you have paid for. We can end it on the same terms with a month’s notice, or straight away if these terms are seriously broken.
9. Liability
We are responsible for providing the service with due care. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the event. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of North Macedonia. If a disagreement cannot be settled between us, the competent court in Skopje decides.
11. Contact and changes
Questions about these terms go to hello@table-tango.com or +389 78 527 984. If the terms change, this page shows the new date at the top, and customers hear from us before the change applies to them.
